• Minimum fee of $200 applies for each job
• Turn around 24-48 hours, Urgent fees of $99 apply for same day (12 hours) delivery
• We expect the property ready for shoot following the guidelines provided
• Our Photographer/Videographer will be there at the appointment time and expect the property to be ready to shoot!
• Our Photographer/Videographer will have a 1-2 hours bracket for each property depending on services booked
• $99 Cancellation or call-out fees will be charged in case of cancellation (within 12 hours), or the property not being ready
• Jobs (Photography, Floorplan, etc) will be Invoiced per address or dwelling individually (For e.g units, duplexes, granny’s with separate addresses)
• You guarantee a royalty-free license to use the provided materials in all media worldwide.
• Upload reserves the right to refuse to release electronic files to third parties.
• Upload holds all rights to any and all media created by them, and Clients and/or Vendors are not at liberty to release files to third parties or re-use media for new properties unless given express approval.
• Upload reserves the right to vary its Price to take into account the complexity, type, and/or sizes of floor space within the Property or its surroundings. It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the fees payable for each Service prior to placing an order, as prices are subject to change without notice at the discretion of Upload.
