At Upload, we offer photography and videography services for properties with a turnaround time of 24-48 hours. However, if you require same day delivery, there will be an additional fee of $99 for urgent services. Before the shoot, it is expected that the property is ready following the guidelines provided. Our photographer/videographer will arrive at the scheduled appointment time and should have a 1-2 hour window for each property depending on the services booked. If there is a cancellation within 12 hours or if the property is not ready for the shoot, a $99 cancellation or call-out fee will be charged. The jobs, such as photography or floorplan, will be invoiced per address or dwelling individually. You guarantee a royalty-free license to use the materials provided in all media worldwide, but Upload holds all rights to any media created and has the right to refuse to release electronic files to third parties. Finally, the price may vary depending on the complexity, type, and size of the property, and it is the customer’s responsibility to check the fees before placing an order as prices are subject to change at the discretion of Upload.
